Four brothers from Jordan bring a taste of home — and a sense of community — to Central New York. Zaman Coffee House is more than a coffee shop; it's a tribute to our culture, our journey, and to a time when coffee wasn't just a drink, but a ritual.
Coffee originated in the Arab world over 1,200 years ago, with Yemen widely regarded as the birthplace of Arabica beans — a variety still considered among the finest in the world. We're proud of that legacy.
Zaman — which means “Time” or “Time Long Gone” in Arabic — is our way of honoring it. We longed for a space like this for years, and now we're building it for others who share that longing — whether they're from the Middle East or just culturally curious.

“Where we come from, coffee is a way of life. It's about gathering with friends and family, talking about your day, sharing a moment. We always wanted a place like that — without alcohol, without loud music — just a beautiful space to unwind, connect, and feel at home.”
